The Falcon Power Triad 3 in 1 is a brand new one of kind unit that was just released onto the market. In order to show our distribution network how versatile the unit is and to educate them on how the product works we run educational workshops for all current and future distributors. We are a wholesale company who owns and operates drop shipping warehouses and service centers. We contract Worldwide Power Inc.

Stay clear if this company - it's a phone number and One Guy - Scam!
We remember this gentleman’s calls quite vividly. He was interested in purchasing a Falcon generator and called us for technical information.
We provide free information to our customers no matter where they purchased the unit, and regardless of the current warranty status. We think that’s the right thing to do.
To be quite honest, this gentleman’s comments using terms like “front” and “sham” simply hurt our feelings. Our extremely diverse company employs dozens of people including armed forces veterans who care deeply about their families, each other, and their customers.
We would love for this gentleman to call us back with any further questions or concerns.

Junk diesel generator
I bought new gas and diesel powered equipment from this companies representative... He lied pretty much about everything.
They don't have Honda and yanmar motors. Falcon power industrial will not stand behind what their reps say. I had to take a diesel generator/welder 8500 back because it was junk out off the box. The one I went to pick up had the same problem.
Costumer service is a joke. Good luck getting someone to call you back. LOW QUALITY EQUIPMENT AT HIGH PRICES!!! Now that I have learned.
Do your research and stay away from this company. In my opinion this company is out for a quick dollar.

I just bought a 7500 generator/welder from a friend. His dad bought it brand new few years ago but never used it.
I started it up and it welded good. Plugged a grinder in to the 120 volt plug and the grinder ran to fast. I put my volt meter in and it showed 118 volts. But when I hit the switch on the grinder the voltage went up to 179 volts.
Let go of the trigger and it goes back to 118 volts. I'm confused.
Make sure you have a good ground
